Current COVID Considerations:
Safety of our employees and clients remain our top priority.
To maintain social distancing, only one client is allowed inside the building with each pet for routine appointments. We ask clients to follow the current recommendations that persons who are not fully vaccinated wear a mask while in the building. Our employees will wear masks in the exam rooms as they are quite small and used heavily throughout the day. Curbside service is still and option if preferred; simply call 218-739-3383 upon arrival and we will come to get your pet.
For surgery or boarding check-in, please follow the above recommendations; curbside is encouraged as you will be leaving your pet with us.
For medication or food pick-up, curbside service is preferred to limit congestion in the lobby. If there are no cars in the east part of our parking lot, feel free to come in.
Our phone call volume has increased significantly and we ask for your patience. Feel free to make appointment requests through the PetDesk app.
Similarily, we are experiencing high volumes of prescription refill requests and ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice to refill your pet's prescription.
